Sure did. Now I'm a nuclear engineer on a submarine. Fun stuff, I guess. Actually, just a lot of work. I don't think being on a submarine is much of anyone's thing, hahaha.

haha I'll do my best . On the plus side, I got accepted into the School of Art. So there is no way that I can get any more bad grades unless I lose my talent... which can not happen . So how long did it take you in school to be a nuclear engineer?

Ah, that's good news at least.

The Navy has a series of schools, if you want to call them that. Really strict forced learning environments, maybe. But 3 months of basic mechanic skills. 7 months of advanced nuclear engineering theory. And 6-9 months of nuclear operations training on an actual submarine. And 3 extra months of engineering laboratory training, if you're selected for that. Otherwise, you spend a year qualifying in the fleet on submarine before you're "done".

Wow! That sounds like a long time and probably a lot of hard work. Haha when you said strict forced learning environments, I pictured myself trying to write an essay. School is tough.. and way different than high school. Heck, I can't even remember what I learned in High school lol .
