Agonizingly slow. I was SUPPOSED to have it the week after my birthday, here it is nearly a month after said birthday and I'm still waiting.

Mom didn't get the money order sent off until last Wednesday, and they said it would then take seven to eight business days, at which point they have to process it, then have us call them again, then it can finally be turned on. =_=

To top it all off, I learned that a business day is ONLY the weekdays, which means I have to wait until Friday if I'm lucky, Monday if I'm not, instead of the Wednesday I was hoping for previously.

With my luck someone will decide to blow up the Comcast offices before they turn it on, which would then necessitate a separate internet provider and take what, another half-year to set up at the rate we're going.

Sorry if that counted as a rant. << >> <<

lol you're allowed to rant about lack of internet. it'd kill me. i know the sweet nectar of constant internet and i am gladly addicted. the internet saved my life this morning. i completely forgot it was mother's day until i got on tumblr and saw a couple mother's day posts and was like- fucking shit run run run- luckily i got up early enough and had plenty of time to set up her gift with no problem. but if the internet hadn't told me, i would not have remembered until wondering why we were going to grandma's for lunch XD the internet is a wonderful thing <3
lolololol i know luck like that. things explode just to spite you. i hope it stays in one piece for you XD so you've had a week plus a month plus two more weeks... at least things seem to be moving forward? i hope you're a patient man X3 jeez.
