It's the personality, mostly. Lazy, pun-loving, yet serious when needed. The overall development and thought put behind em is brilliant, at least, thats why I like em. Others prolly like em cause the degin and nature of his attitude, or as I said, personality. It doesn't really matter much that it's a skeleton.
Also, I second that, some of the fandom's kinda crap. The artist and a few animators kinda suck though. Its mostly the bad O.C.'s...
(And just to clear things up, I don't find Sans to be attractive in a romantic way. Character-wise though, hell yeah. If he existed I'd be hitting on em hard.)
