I can confirm I can access the admin area, but just for discussions (correspondence, activity notifications, announcements, private discussion forums and so on).
I can't change options in the gallery (for instance I wanted to move my picture from "Bosmer" section to the "Imperial" one since that character I was cosplaying was Imperial, but I couldn't).
I haven't tried to post/submit anything yet.
