hi. what do you think of my poem? i've never really written before so i'm new at all of this. but it's how i feel.

Hey, that's a really good place to start (it being how you feel, I mean.)
A really good poet once told me that what he wrote only turned out okay when he wrote about how he felt, if that makes any sense. And I've noticed the same thing in my own writing: if I write about how I feel, it turns out much better than if I had tried to force something.
And I really like your poem. You really got the feeling across, at least that's how it seemed to me. Now, I'm not an expert or professional or anything like that, but I have read and written at least a little bit.
Like I said, I thought it was a good poem. Great job!!
