Perhaps a contest that revolves around letting people draw your OC's in a specific theme :> (I don't really host contests so I don't have much of an idea, but I hope that helps a bit)

As for my case, I just drop my adopts in like gc's with friends who will seem interested haha

But for other people, I think they post adopts on their FB art pages if ever they have one! I've also heard of people posting them on art groups (and perhaps even adopt groups on fb?) but I haven't tried that yet so I'm not really sure :')
