I'm without a laptop after mine died so I don't have the means to keep updating all of my styles, I've archived over 20 of them, I've kept the Amazon theme going as it has over 22000 installs.

I have a question in regards to user styles. How do i edit themes or make my own? I've tried figuring it out for myself but I can't get it to work. I also would like to know how to fix broken icons as well when it comes to tumblr. ;v; I mean if you could help out some how?

Hi there,

The easiest way to start on your own until you are familiar with it is to install an existing theme and then edit that (click stylish icon and select manage styles). Alternatively if you want to dive right in, click the stylish icon when you are on the site you wish to theme and click write new style for this url. It helps to be fluent in css but not essential, everybody has to start somewhere, I use firefox dev edition and simply right click what you wish to change on the page and click inspect element in the menu, this will open the css and give you all the element names and values etc, simply make an adjustment and then copy and paste it into your style. It probably sounds complicated but it's really not!

Download one of my styles, say the one for Deviantart and just take a good look at it. I would do one for tumblr but I don't use it at all, what is it exactly you wish to fix? you can email me at rail.monkey@gmail.com if you need more help.
