It's simple, look at the top somewhat slightly to the left and you'll see a button that says "Submit" and from there, just click on "Choose a file to upload" which is hard to miss, since it's a big blue button. xD

After selecting your image, wait for it to upload, then below it you can add a name, description, keywords/tags, and the category your image belongs in.

If you are confused at a section of the submission page, you may ask me anytime and I'll try my best to help.
