I do not have much knowledge about groups but I think that since the founder's gone, you could contact the other administrators to change that to work .. since my view is a group with potential xD
About the folders ... you can create more folders with the same "destination", for example: Fanart "2" (put numbers and everyone put numbers and everyone will know which is the most recent folder)
DonΒ΄t know....if you have no time, invite more contributors, more helpers ... i donΒ΄t know
I have a group but this is a fail .... i think you have a good group so I think you should insist on it
