I am shopping for a artist to make a digital cover for my fantasy novel. Ballpark how much would that run if you did the job, speaking hypothetically ofc?

Alright! I basically just need an estimate, so I'll drop a few details.
It is a fantasy novel, so the cover will need to reflect that ofc. I was thinking having the main character with his back against the reader a few shapes of enemies and allies in the background with three (somber) swords in the middle. I can be quite flexible in what is possible and what will look good in the end but something like that.
I can sketch a little, so I'd do better than what's bellow but just to give you a very, very basic idea of that I'd like.
