TORI YOU NEED TO RESCUE ME!!! I'm stuck at my mom's work cuz I had a doctor's appointment for my knee and as it turns out I still miight need surgery. If it isn't better with another month of physical therapy then we will contemplate getting the plica band removed because I don't really need it and not every one even HAS one. Also, I have to go get an MRI sometime to make sure there isn't something else going on and we won't...As my doctor put it..."be caught with our pants down." lol, I love that saying.

i put my pic in my photo editor and made two layers. i selected/copied the area(s) i wanted to be color and pasted it into the new layer, then imade the original layer black and white... yep.
(im sure there is a MUCH MUCH MUCH easier way to do that, but i have yet to figure it out. heck i can barely use flash T_T )
