I gave everyone who didn't turn in something for their cat a few days before coming to speak to you. You didn't turn anything into the group for your cat (Snakevenom) and she will be declared dead.

but the pokemon you were looking at is Dewgong. it looks like a seal but with a horn and some teeth. its a water/ice type and is pretty cute. XD

No to revive you have to draw a certain number of pictures.
Every cat starts with one revive- so if they die in a check you can save them once
The stars are for once you used that revive.
But to revive cats you have to note the group about the revival and I'll tell you what pics to do
