Proportion wise I think there is little wrong. The few things that seem off there are that the arms in the characters bend to far up and the characters head seems to not to be connected to a neck making him/her look a little stiff. The hands are hard for any artist to draw but next time I think you should focus more on the hands being more then just 5 lines, they have bumps and should curve or bend.
The clothes also wrinkle in odd places. The wrinkles in clothes should show the thickness in the material. In the picture its obvious the characters are wearing sweaters but I think thickening the lines around those things would really help people see that this isn't just a sweater but a warm sweater(makes your illustration more detailed.)
I as well think the lighting is a little odd but I kind of see where you were going. It is best to look at references in till you think your lighting looks more realistic.
The last thing I want to say is that its a little hard to get the message or a feeling from this piece when the characters expressions don't reflect one and another.
This was although a good drawing altogether and although there are things that can be improved I can see the fun in this drawing and your understanding of anatomy and proportions are better then most. You did a really great job! Keep drawing!

I thought this was a fairly good piece. The style is semi-simplistic which is very nice to see.

However, I do have one big complaint about this piece, and that is the lighting. The lighting in the picture is so right on one side that it does make it somewhat difficult to look at. I think if you would have toned down the lighting just a little this would be a lot easier to look at.

Lighting aside, the line work here was very well done and I love how it is clear up top and then fades to be blurry at the bottom. I feel that was a nice touch.

Overall, I feel that this pic was good, but there is a little work to be done in the lighting/shading areas.

Sans looks like a whiteface cherub, and Frisk looks like their face was drawn on with a marker.
