It's natural light, just out of it's firing line, with a little barricade because it was a tad too bright. The shutter speed was the major key to lighting, any faster and it was too bright, any slower it's too dark and you end up with blur from your hand shaking. There's also dark cushions thrown around the background to block out the distracting sunlight.
I must say, I'm pleased no one walked into the room while I balancing the watering can on my knees and throwing cushions everywhere
