G1 continuity:

A fearsome Decepticon who is a Duocon, front-liner, gunner, espionage, outlier and big brute.
He also does share similar traits from Deceptcion Blitz and Ditch who are both components of the Duocon.

Also unlike most transformers from the past and the original "Generation 1", he is one of the many to be able to walk through any electronical devices screen and to participate in a warfare in the "Cyberverse".

The Cyberverse? What is that?
The Cyberverse is simply just a digital world behind every electronical device screens and it was first created when the internet or source of internet was created.
It is also the place where the future transformers in "Primal One's timeline" to continue their battles if the real world is already filled with chaos and warfare.
In this world, most transformers who can enter this world are known to be their own A.I. avatars, but except most Decepticons are known as "computer viruses".

Shattered Worlds Background: A time when all transformers continuities collide forces from different universes to stop an undefeatable cause or so.
In this time line, he was one of the many Decepticons to team up with the current Decepticon leader during Primal One's Reign as the current "Prime", but in fact, in a subgroup. A subgroup which contains a few Decepticons which is lead by "Decepticon Blacklight" who is one of the main Decepticon generals/ officers to fight alongside with the current Decepticon leader to fight against the future Autobots who are lead by Primal one.

Betatron: (The current Decepticon Leader)

A suriving memeber of Decepticons, former officer, One of Megatron's creations/ clones to be invented, Younger brother of Alphatronicus (deceased), Leader of the Decepticons during the Second Great Cybertronian War.
