Description
I made this wallpaper a while back for a Neopets layout. I make a lot of drawings/layouts/wallpapers to songs, and this one was inspired by a rendition of "Breakout" by Orange Lounge.It's One Piece. Duh.
I used a cheap graphics program that came with my ancient digital camera....Photo Impressions 2000. Yey.
