When I googled for "wet cobblestones" references, I found this one - a path of cobblestones leading through an urban park at night, it's raining.The challenge was achieving the same highlight and reflection effects; I had to apply some extreme values in order to achieve something that's natural and realistic...

I can imagine how much work it was to get the shiny surfaces to work as they should, but it was totally worth it - great scene and mood! I know it's probably not a popular opinion, but I'd love to take a stroll there.

Great mood to this scene. I love the reflection on the cobblestones. Almost makes me feel like I'm going to slip and fall! Since I do space art, night scenes are a big part of what I do. I love how you made it work in this image illuminated only by the street lights.
