Description another shore xD
I had to reduce quality cuz with better settings my PC was running at 100% CPU usage for more than 10 hours and only 31% was ready then. So I restarted rendering with the default settings...

This is what it would be like to find yourself sitting on the beach of an island on an ocean in the system of Gliese 581...an earthlike planet close to a red dwarf star. I can only imagine...no wait...i can just look at your art...and know, what it'd be like.

well, if there's a tropical environment in the system of Gilese 581, I'm sure that would be great!

There very well could be. There could also be a runaway greenhouse effect, but 581 C may have a surface temp of 40 degrees Celsius. If so, it'll have tropical regions. Whether those regions are alive or not remains in question!

If not, 581 beyond it is colder at -2 Celsius but within the goldilocks zone.

~40°C is a bit too much imo ...but I guess I could get used to it

Find a safe area! There's some bad crime in Florida, but its not bad everywhere. If you ever seriously want to move there though, food for thought.

I really, really want to move to Hawaii, have since my youngest days, and it feels like a second home to me despite me never having been there. I once knew a lot of the Hawaiian language too.

I may yet still move, but the crime rate in Hawaii makes me nervous...lots of theft to feed people's drug habits. Still, Hawaii's share of the NASA space program is growing, and my combined interests in aviation, astronomy and geology would serve me well in the state for a career path.

my uncle lives in Pembroke Falls; a residential area with 24-hour security service in Pembroke Pines, FL...I think that place is safe enough
I'd like to go to Hawaii (tropical place, sure I wanna see it ), but I didn't know about the crime rate...

Gated community! Yeah those are pretty safe. Though I hate the homeowner's associations that tend to run dictatorships on the residents of those things....i figure if I own a house I ought to be able to do what I like with it, rather than answer to a group whose sole focus is on property values for future resale. Really.

But he may not have that problem. In Utah it's a definite problem. We call it the "iron curtain" haha, the HOA's are likened to Stalin's government.
