Roughsteel is one of Tailpuncher's old buddies and fellow raider teammate in the Autobot group of four. In addition, he was a labourer and a transport for some extra or slightly heavy materials, which were his specialty. In the meantime, when it comes to physical strength he's a powerhouse for it, apparently he mined for some components, needed to build some bases, on Cybertron, he tested his mettle, by literally punching the wall, and shattering it with brute force, yet for him it only slightly irritated his wrist joint everytime, he did it. On the other hand, he'd also spar for lost time, against his friend Tailpuncher, they both became acquainted, and admired both of their rigid chassis, even when some bot bumps into them, by accident they'd rather apologize for any slight scratches or dents, they cause to any lightly armored mechs. Moreover, he disliked the fact there only used to be seven of them before the last three were destroyed, in the raiding of energon, he'd do anything in his power to make sure nothing like that would happen to them, due to his strong armor, he can also deflect a missile, by standing still, letting the projectile make contact with his robust chest-plating, and punch away, any incoming ones with his bare palms. Moreover, in the present, when their vessel, received a message about their lost comrade, they were relieved & overjoyed, so was he, except he slumped back in his chair, in the interior of the ship, silently praising the Matrix, that his Autobot brother, survived. Nevertheless, after meeting the other mechs on Earth, he'd also train any learning new Autobot the strength of a mechs, body and the importance of tactics in the war, that they'll become caught up in. According to him he can lob two boulders, at the same time, further reinforcing the clue of his name, and origin of stature. In the battlefield, his new allies, will learn to not cross him when he's upset, as they witness his not-to-laugh-at physical stamina. On the planet, he also scanned a jade green modified Honda Ridgeline pickup truck, and likes to tread smoothly on road, under his tough wheels, and can climb on rocks, in a wolf-ish, manner, for offroad purposes.

Ability-Rigidthrow- Can throw two or three large rocks, over his head, and at the enemy to break their formation, and cause overwhelming damage, to them, and their chassis. Is considered very tough to defeat in hand-to-hand brawls. Also, has a powerful cannon in both his arms, when the hands retract, they can cause damage from long-range, and even put a gaping whole, through an unfortunate Destron soldiers' abdomen, section. They recoil his body, a little, and his blocky legs act as suitable stabilizers.
