I'll give you some tips, I do not know much about Blender, but to remove any bugs-errors , select all parts then paste all of them , but not all in a single mesh, must be single, then you give "remove doubles" and finally subdivide, so that the mesh is better

As i said, Blender isn't my thing. The problem with the elbow is that it's posed badly. You need to take care of details. The smoothness tool of Blender isn't that good as Autodesk tools. You need to be careful with the subdivisions, that it may look jagged as you said. It's important that you stick each part of the mesh to X piece of the body or cloth, that are united with the smooth and remove doubles. To eliminate any defect. For the moment, i don't have in mind making models, next week i'll be busy with work and studies...

Yes I admit that was my fault. I realize I was posed it without paying attention on the details. I just covered it by additional lightning. Its not fixed but just covered.
Thanks for the advice m8, I learn new things because of you. I learn something that I just want know, not whole part. When anything goes wrong, nothing much I can do about it.
