naa, not to much I wouldn't say, it looks realistic. I know sometimes one can exaggerate the small details and especially wrinkles, but I don't think you did here

i know what you mean about the quality of the reference photo for this,i did the same one and struggled with the shading and wrinkles! anyway,you did a great job!

trust me i did this in about 5 and a half hours cos i used charcoal which is easier to use for covering large areas and on A2 but the wrinkles were a pain in the arse cos i cant rub anything out

Awesome work.
I am afraid to comment after reading other "critiques/comments" but in my opinion his farther most eye is a bit too evident. I mean you suggested both eyes the same way. For the one that is farther it might be enough to leave it completely in shadow. Just my two cents, hope it didn't come across as too harsh.

ill say wat ive said to everyone is that all ive done was copy the picture and trust me the picture i printed off the computer was really crappy quality cos my printers crap so i could hardly see the difference in shadows and all the wrinkles looked really unclear so i think i did ok but thanx id rather that than just a simple WOW THAT LOOKS AWESOME btw type in wheres chuck norris on google and click im feeling lucky

Ok. That's what i like from others too...i am trying to criticize my own stuff too but an external eye helps a lot in pointing out things that i couldn't see. So yeah, the wow it's awesome is just...not helping...my ego yes....my skills...no.

The work with the wrinkles ia really awesome.
But I sincerely feel that the wrinkles are more prominent than the required.
Especially this makes the cheek is more older than the forehead and nose (which are relatively very young with smooth surface).
So I would say wrinkles with a little prominence shud have been thr.

id say that ye i made the wrinkles deeper than they should cos i made them darker but the nose and top of the forehead seriously have barley any wrinkles compared to the face in the picture

i mean after you finished your drawing and scanned it, did you modify it with photoshop?
this or your scanner gave it a weird lighting

dont have a scanner which is y i have to photograph all my pictures which is y they luk so much better in life than they do on deviant , but i dont have any photo editing tools and i dont edit any of my work using technology , it just so happened the light on that day in my study was good

This is absolutely amazing. It looks like an old photograph with blue tint. The lighting! The shading! It's practically in 3D! I can't... I can't begin to fathom how you went about this. I'm humbled in your presence.
