EDIT (4-18-10): HOLY CRAP, IT'S FINISHED! Forgive me for taking so goddamn long, Veser REFUSED to be drawn and I finally got his design ironed out, like, two days ago at my friend's house. But I did it! One more project crossed off the list, WOO!
EDIT (3-24-10): Conrad and Doc Worth completed. Worth is being his usual dick self, and Conrad does not appreciate it.

My current progress in the Turn HINABN Cast Into Dragons project.
Conrad and Doc Worth are being sketched, and I've planned to include Toni, Veser and Ples as well.
I would attempt the entire cast, but a) my sketchbook isn't big enough, and b) it's taken me this long to complete TWO of these guys.
I will be updating this image as I work on it.

Oh wow! Dragons and HINABN, two of my favorite things! Wish I had the time and inclination to try my hand at it but I think they would just end up weird.

Well, I've been tinkering with the designs and everything for almost a month now. It started in a HINABN paintchat when I was sick and didn't feel like drawing people but still wanted to draw the Hanna characters, and then it just evolved from there.
I'm currently in the middle of finishing up Toni and Veser.
Vesr is being a bit of a pain, since I'm starting to run out of room on my paper.
I'm really glad you like it, it's become a rather well-loved personal project.

I'm going to take a short break before starting on the next few, since I'm still trying to work out which characters I want to include at this point.
I'm thinking Toni and Veser will round it all out, but I would love to eventually pull everyone from the cast sheet into this, including Ghost!Lee and Ples if I can.
But I don't have the biggest sketchbook, and I'm loath to try patch-working papers together (gets all folded up and icky and there's seam and ICK).
But, yeah, I'm really liking it so far.
Even though I had to redraw Worth half a dozen times.

well i think all the HINABN characters you have now is the best choice. i dont think you need more then them. but its your picture. but i think you can go onto coloring from here.

I wanted to put in the main cast set so far in the comic, and at this point, there are four other characters I could choose from; Toni, Veser, Casmiro and Finas.
I would like to draw Toni as a dragon, since she has that really cool awesome wolf-form, and Veser would be interesting to try designing. If I did Cas and Fin, I'd be able to use their bat-forms for a basis of design, like I did with Conrad.
So, it's really a toss up.

Lol I approve! Haha glad to see someone else can't help but turn all their favorite characters into [insert favorite mythological creature here]. I also super adore your dragon design, and kinda like that they don't have wings. ^^

I was originally going to give them all wings, but I couldn't figure out a way to utilize them in the image without blocking out the other characters, so I decided to go "Screw it, they're wings are all tucked away".
I am having WAY too much fun drawing everyone as dragons, seriously. So far, it's a toss up between Conrad and Hanna being my favorite, cause Conrad has the GREATEST expression (which I will post when I get him inked), but Hanna has the best overall design so far.
