1.) Ears are incredibly off. She has one growing out of the side of her head and on growing out of the top.
2.) Her right hand has disappeared behing her incredibly huge thighs, which makes me think that you didn't want to draw it.
3.) The shading still looks like latex skin.
4.) Still has extreme hourglass portions that would break her body like a twig.
5.) Knees are nonexistent, especially on the right leg. It looks like two muscles being held together by only stretched skin.
6.) Lines on the arm thing are off-center.
7.) Her tail is too unnaturally thin to actually have muscle. As it is, it would simply hang down as a flap of vestigial skin and bone. Furthermore, it's too far up on her back.
8.) Shading on the rings is odd.
9.) Positioning on left arm is awkward and requires her arm to be twisted at an uncomfortable angle.
10.) Her head proportions are wrecked. Her forehead is 3/4ths of her skull.

1.) The background and flames are good.
2.) Color scheme of the OC isn't clashing.
You need to work on making your character look less like a twig with two eggs taped near the top. Work on the proportions of the head, add a bit more width to the waist and tone down the hips/breasts to a more reasonable proportion.
