from what i can gather this is a possible fan creation of an SCP Doctor. i have no idea of his experiments or anything much, but i saw a design from twitter.com/rekijomiman?lang=e… this person and i adored the design. (He looks like an alter-Universe of the Major) So i decided to draw fanart of him.This character belongs to his rightful owner this is not my character I just love the design of him.
