No, I only thought of Crona because the neck being flesh-coloured (so to speak), I wasn't sure if it was a collar like Crona wears.

Referring to the wiki for this one, Crona has never officially had a gender, although is hinted during the manga and anime to being either gender.

It's true, both Crona's Japanese and English voice actors are female. So that makes sense for Crona being a girl. But consider that if Crona was a young boy, he would likely also be voiced by a woman (think Laura Bailey as young Trunks in DBZ, Colleen Clinkenbeard as Luffy in One Piece)... so it's a little hard to call.
It's interesting to see Crona as different genders. It adds a lot of depth to his/her character, I guess
