Love the cosplay.
I'm working on a Homura cosplay myself, but the outer coat part is too long.
What would you recommend for making it shorter without messing up the fabric?

I have a butt-load of questions to ask you!!!!!

First of all, what material did you use? I tried it with Kona, but that didn't work too well because it wrinkles all over the place, so I tried with broadcloth but the material was like see-thru! The skirt I didn't have problems, but I dyed my own fabric for that so if I run out or mess up I am seriously screwed!!! I love the shoes you're wearing, btw I got fabric tights for Homura's super-long boots with some old black shoes of mine, and it worked pretty well

Also... THAT BLACK NECKPIECE IS LOVELY!!! It must've taken a long long time to get right
