Finally got some time to make a decent reference-sheet for poor Tosa haha! Who will become an NPC in our game soon !

Alignment/Personality: Ranging from Chaotic Neutral to Evil, has the Eladrin seasonal personality state thing media.wizards.com/2017/dnd/dow… but generally: Self-centred, manipulating, polite, tries to come off as a nice guy/ double-faced, favour-for-a-favour kind of person.

Seasons:
-Autumn: More inclined to be kinder/warmer towards other people, well-balanced motivation, will feel more content. More forgiving, very difficult to insult.
-Winter: More self-centred, more inclined to be cold towards others, inclined to keep information to themselves.
-Spring: Flirty, Mellow in temper, "No need to rush" attitude.
-Summer: Bolder, fiercer, lots of motivation to achieve goals, but because of this impatient, quite easy to insult.

Background:

Unknowingly to themselves, born as a result of forbidden love. A child in between of two opposing mighty Elf-family's. Tosa's mother knew as soon as she saw them that, people would know right away that this was not her husband's child. She decided to lie to her husband and told him she had miscarried, but actually gave the baby to a trusted maid who would leave the city/country to raise them as their own child. She named the child Ilya.
For year's raising the child went mostly well, however the maid's age, the child's odd appearance and the child's heavy mood swings proved Ilya/Tosa to be a very difficult child to raise and eventually became too much to bear for the old woman. Sadly forcing her to leave the child behind at an orphanage.

Years later this child would join a boat crew at the young age of 15/16, after failing, again and again, to find a paying job or family because of his strange appearance, however luck would one day befall Tosa/Ilya as he ran into a captain who went by the name "Rosegold" who took quite a liking to the strange child. She later nicknamed them "Tosa" which is based on "Tosakin" which she explained was a kind of goldfish, she though Tosa resembled one with their two-toned skin."

Tosa had to work hard as a crew member, and mostly got the shitty jobs when he just started, but years later they would become a full blow pirate/swashbuckler. Knowing plenty well how to handle life on a ship, weapons and peoples minds. They always kept their weird mood swings, but it became somewhat more manageable as an adult. As a pirate, they learned to be self-centered and goal focussed "If you don't take what you want, someone else will."

Eventually getting bored of the life on the sea, out for greater treasure and new places to discover, Tosa started traveling to meet an odd bunch of adventurers with the same goal...

Extra:
- Tossa loves thinking of insults that don't sound like insults.
- Tossa is most likely pansexual/panromantic but usually isn't really interested in romance.
- Tossa wears glamoured armour, which can look like any kind of clothing they want.
- Loves the aesthetic of mermaids, but knows to be very wary of them
