Basically if Rose had reformed into a girl instead of a boy. I think Pearl would argue with Greg over Stephanie's name when she's a baby. Pearl would want to keep the name Rose Quartz, but Greg would want to use the name Stephanie for his daughter so they compromise. Steph is really smart and fun loving, she acts like Steven but even more extreme because she spends less time bonding with her father and more time off with the Crystal Gems learning about how to fight or use her gem. It makes Greg sad and once she notices that her dad wants more time with her she writes him a song called "Dear Old Dad" (look it up omg its a cannon ST song).
