Beautiful~
Parsee is one of those few characters of Windows-era Touhou that I always wanted to have more love than she is given currently. Thank You for this wonderful art, there is one more cute Parsee for us to admire.
I really like colouring and details of her clothes and hair. Same goes for her eyes, although I think they could be a bit less black, as currently it makes me to think she has heavy makeup... which is hard to imagine, considering she is underground dweller.
Again, really wonderful artwork.

That heavy make-up part made me laugh ! 
I have a hard time drawing eyes and I go over the final lines about 50 times hehe.
