I liked it better as a sketch; it made the wonky anatomy more excusable.
Either her torso's too long or her butt's too low or something. In either case, she could prolly use a new wardrobe.2-3 hours in Photoshop.

It looks great to me I don't see much wrong with it accept for little areas in the neck and legs where it looks like many smaller different parts instead of one whole but that could just be the sketch lines and also
one thing I noticed is it lacked that realistic emotion and warmth I'm not really sure how to explain it but it's missing something but besides that it looks great not many people can draw without it looking cartoony awesome.

Her shoulders are not wide enough, as well as her bottom being too low -- as you suggested it might be. That is what I see, if you do not mind what (I can hope is) a constructive criticism. 
I felt like being frank...not to give you a sense of being picked on, but in hope it might be of help. Overall, I'm a fan of your work -- and I see a lot of potential in this picture. Keep up the good work. ^^

did you use a photo reference on the shirt? it looks so real.. i really want to paint in PS like this, could you point me in the right direction? i like to use a flat brush, what did you use?

I didn't use any references for this. I painted using a hard round brush with opacity and size set to pen pressure, minimum diameter set to 70%, and spacing set at low as it can go. I paint in greyscale, then use a multiply layer to add colour and a colour balance layer to give it some pop. Hope that helps.
