Apparently, it's the North American issue Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Yellow Ranger figure (the character was played by a female in that version), whereas the Japan-exclusive Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger TigerRanger figure is a more accurate sculpting of Boi's proportions...apart from the fact that the character is in his early-to-mid teens, but so was Dan, the TriceraRanger.
