it's not that bad!! my suggestion to you would be maybe make it a slightly bigger range of motion? it looks choppy BC it's too short ranged! (I. e. the base of the tail isn't moving at all really and so it looks more stiff!!) but I feel like if you changed that it would look more smooth ^^
