There's a whole story to this pic, as they say a picture is worth a thousand words... but since my vocabulary isn't that big here's what I can tell from this pic.
These two knew this was going to happen. The puncher is wearing leather driving gloves while the punchee has his hands and wrists taped like a boxer (Something I know about myself) and this was not only a give and take fight but it's been going on for a while. The numbness of the cold probably aiding in deadening the sharper pains as the blood vessels in their face pop with each punch they eat. This is more than just a score being settled, it goes a lot deeper. Almost like there's something to prove like two boxers who can't ever seem to come to a conclusion to who is the better fighter because the sanctioning rules tend to decide against them so they're doing it themselves under their own rules. As much anger there is in this pic there's still honor since neither of them seem to have come armed or ready to cheat and it doesn't look like one will leave the other dead in the snow, someone will be going home humbled but somehow willing to do it again after improving.
If I wasn't broke I'd ask a commission. I collect anthro boxing illustrations and you certainly have what it takes.

As they faught they fought ruthlessly through the snow, blood and sweat gracing their bodies and tainting the pure ground they were very much unaware of the Hare lurking in the distacne. For reason she would grow interested in her nartual enemy is beyond even her mind. She, however, was naturally intrigued by violence, always questining the reason for it and always coming up short for answers. She's certain she'll be attacked if she stays to see the end of it but doesn't care. It's just too fascinating to pull her eyes away.
