Description
This is a logo proposal for Ubuntu Unity. I don't use neither of them but I always wondered why Canonical still uses that not-a-logo-at-all icon for Unity instead of making a proper logo/icon like UbuntuOne.Combines the look of the side launcher and the U.

The first time I spotted this logo was on Unity Tweak Tool: github.com/freyja-dev/unity-tw… . Then I traced the source here. This logo's really cool and is definitely a good replacement for the current Unity Logo (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Uni… )

You're welcome! I actually asked the UTT to use it there as an icon. I made the logo in disbelief that a major product like Unity doesn't have an actual logo (let's face it, that one is a placeholder at best.)
I'll probably sell to Canonical at some point.
