I love the dynamic going on here between the sitting character and the one that's standing with their back turned to them. I also really like how fluffy the background looks, it's very pretty and appealing. I think the rocks in this piece would look more visually cohesive if you shaded them using more solid blocks of shadows, as the planes of stone tend to be more squared off and solid, if that makes any sense (sorry if I'm not explaining that very well ).  As for the characters themselves, of course anatomy is important, but I think you did a fairly good job on that. My favorite is the one to the left for sure  I love their hair color, it really stands out against the purple. I think with the character on the right some studies on wings would really do wonders for how they appear in pieces like this, that way they don't get lost in translation. I also think if you used different hues close to purple (like leaning more towards blue or red on the color scale thing) it would really give your piece some depth and harmony. All in all I think this is a very put together piece that has a lot of character intrigue; it reminds me of a comic book cover! Like there could be this interesting story between the two, which makes me like this even more Keep up the good work!

Hello! So i wanted to write something about this because its so interesting. The character on the left seems a bit more like you spent more time on drawing her(?), than Milo. The expressions are great we can tell their Characters just by looking at them. The wings on Amara are such a good idea I like it!  As one said it before me the background seems a bit too simple but i like the shading and everything overall, nice concept

You’re great at drawing! I love this artwork! The purple lighting is very well done and the character anatomy is overall great. The design of the characters in the piece are fairly high quality. The colouring and line art are very neat. The rocks are also drawn well but the background seems a bit too simple. The rocks yet being drawn so well don’t really fit in a background that simple because there are on 2 rocks in a purple area that is simple. I would either change the background so it has a bit more detail or I would make the rocks simpler.
