Personality: "Black n white" up front, straight, is how he likes to roll. Cirque always wants to be doing something, must always be entertained or amused, to make up for this, he has a rather awful gum habit, he considers it multitasking. He's pretty blunt to sarcasm, Cirque doesn't get most of it, unless its very direct. Doing what he does, he gets easily overwhelmed and may do a short outburst of random ranting, but he really only does it in front of friends or close ones. In some cases he'll start to ramble about something profound or a newly discovered thought when he's stressed or confused. He is very persistent and oh so very determined, he simply won't take no for an answer... he isn't always well liked all the time. Cirque will always hold a poker face on the job, or even in general, to be honest. He really hates showing any form of preference or bias. He can, however, be really friendly when he chooses. He'll act like it, but he doesn't trust easily. Quite alert. Quite observant. Even though he is a Loyalist to the empire, he doesn't tend to agree with some things he was taught, he really gets along well easily with everyone, no limits. He's patient when he wishes to be, other than that, Cirque gets bored fast. To the average eye, he'll be seen as a flat or dull, which is bascially what he wants. Cirque enjoys to learn new arts and try to master them, ie: weapons, combat etc... He's a perfectionist, but can let some small things slip out of order.

Likes: anything up front. Organization. Multitasking. Simpleness. Gum, mint.
Dislikes: Bias. Losing something. Forgetting. Being bored. Being still.
Phobias: Flying. Animals. He keeps his back to walls to avoid somethin' gettin to his PAK, I'm sure that counts for something.
Strengths: Fairly skilled in combat. Great pokerface. Perfectionist.
weaknesses: Doesn't always have a keen, sharp thought and can miss certain details. Perfectionist

Notes:
His Visor acts a communication device and spotting scope.
His glove is a mini repulser. It can really only has enough power to knock one down in range, but is possible to be fatal when at point blank, depending where it's aimed.
His PAK is more or less something that glows. A power source, to be honest. But it does house 2 small blades and, like, spare parts
Cirque has a an accent. It's really soft and faint, but you can still tell it's there. It's somewhat unidentified, for the best example I can give you is an Aussie with like exaggerated Rs and a rumbley slurr...
"Circuit" is more or less a given nick-name and has nothing to do with what he does

So, I got him off of Robotic since she was awesome enough to let me have first pick xD since I knew I couldn't snag that little Mech or Wall Flower from Tati

I just saw his design and his boots amfg

and I might've stolen some of Ham's personaility

theres only only one thing I changed, his Visor, it originally stretched across both eyes, but I liked it more this way
there was so few colours I loved it hnng. I made his eyes a wee blueish because why not.

the darker grey is for the glowy lineart

which looks really bad, 'specially for his back reference.

I still need to determine exactly he does, but I want something like security/intel

so yeah

"Cirque" came from, from what I remember, Ham chose the name because he looks like a tronny with dem circuitry lines

His accent, btw, is based off of someone I met on the bus, he had a weird Aussie/Finnish/French thing going on
