History:
Raven performed his job as the youngest Gym Leader very well, though his search for Zhine was still not given up. One day one of the gym trainers found a satchel near the neighboring city's pier. No doubt it was their father's satchel Zhine used the day he went missing, there was nothing inside except a torn piece from a ferry ticket. it read;

"The SS Misty; Voyage to the Rainbow Region".

He went to see Crow to ask him to be the Gym's replacement leader so he could go and look for Zhine. Crow refused the offer, instead, he want to come along and look for Zhine in the "Rainbow Region."
