Okay, so I was debating on wether or not I should actually submit this. I felt that I didn't change the stock photo enough to submit this as a finished deviation... But I achieved my goal, as far as what I wanted to make her look like.
The stock photo was provided by the ever so beautiful Sabrine .Believe it or not, this actually took a decent amount of work, there was a lot of back tracking, and completely starting over many times.
I'm quite satisfied with the output. It's very pretty
