The ability of Heart Hypnotic centres around mind control. If it can put both hands on the head of the intended target, it will put the target under Ashlynn's control. In this state, she can change anything about the target's psych, even making them completely obedient to her if she so desires. She can only maintain direct control over one person at a time, but there's no limit to how many people can have their minds altered by Heart Hypnotic.

Autistic people tend to be immune to Heart Hypnotic's ability, as their minds are often too rigid to bend so easily. Exceptionally strong-willed people can also resist it. Heart Hypnotic also renders Ashlynn herself immune to any form of mind control, even when not active.
