HIdan's past is something that always fascinated me.  I've read a few fanfictions and such about it, but out of all of them I think I like RDM's Gakuen one the best. (so far.)  If you've read it.

Even I don't think the back story I'm writing for him can compare to what she has planned.

Hidan has so many layers to him it's really had to analyze his character personality with 100% accuracy. There's always something new I'm finding out about the guy. He's never boring to obsess over.

Totally agree with you about hidan past, RDM is the best one that's out so far :3 (makes me think about my past for him at Marre-chan's account, so sucky...yuck.. ;___; I'm glad my view on him has changed XD)
but I bet your past about hidan will be equally good as RDM's , because your comic akachou so far, is rockin'!

btw your rants on tumblr are epic about hidan, it made me change some view on him...like his fighting abilities
and Hidan is the perfect thing to obsess over

Oh no! It's not as good. Not at all.

RDM always tells me: "Well you can change that"

But I kinda wrote his past in a way that it could play a role in the story, and it has to fulfill that role.... Ehh.. I won't spoil... but I am adding a few more details to it as for WHY he becomes fucked up. Gakuen does this so well because before I was just like:

"Why is Hidan fucked up, he's Hidan."

Cause I didn't really give much thought or stock into how people BECOME the way they do.   My views on morality have changed a lot from when I first started writing Akachou, so Hidan's past has to be tweaked and changed a bit to reflect that as well.

(sorry, went off on a tagent. Hidan is still hard for me to pin down)

Oh thank you for liking my rants.       Sometimes I think I look too deep on a few things, but people seem to like them. (Even my head cannons that I can't prove at all. Like Sexuality Akatsuki. Everyone loves that post. XD )

The thing that always facinates me, is why a person like Hidan would care for his comrades.. He can kill people like they were nothing, there's only few people he cares about, akatsuki. Maybe because they're almost as fucked up like him XD
Even him doesn't even know it...I mean if you think about it, the only thing he want to do is to sacrifice to his god but end up caring for some people XD

Hidan might be the hardest person to get his personality 100% correct...I don't think it's impossible to get him exactly the way he is since if Hidan would describe himself, he wouldn't be able too, because, sometimes he don't know why he do some things....he jsut "do them"

I find it easier when writing Hidan to let him do whatever the fuck he wants. XD (I have little to no control of his actions. I swear. Some of his scenes often get extended cause he does something unexpected.)
