Welcome to part 3 of this disastrous Fallout - Persona crossover. To explain Haru's horrid attire, I poorly based it on that weird wild-west outfit she wears in the actual game. I don't know the story behind it and I have only Fallout 4 outfits to work with. I could have done worse, I assure you. Thank goodness for my Nuka-World DLC which really helped pull this together. I almost gave her a full cowboy outfit instead but surprisingly it was even uglier than this was. Trust me, this was the lesser of the two evils. I'm glad I thought of using the Grognack axe. I'll bet mods would have made this idea look way better I don't use mods. Eh. How does she swing that big ol axe with those tiny noodle arms in the Persona series, anyway? It must be made a lot lighter than it looks. She probably just uses it for swatting flies; the axe looks so light. Enough about games I've never played and back to Fallout. I've used the Grognack Axe on a number of actual play-throughs but it's really heavy and it can't be modded. Great in VATS but the damage is pretty mediocre. Not very effective overall but it looks cool. Kinda hard for screenshots because of the angle your character holds it, though. But hey. Look at Haru smiling over that corpse. You sweet psychopath, you are . And yeah, couldn't help but work in a little reference at the end of the story to the questionable only good part of these series'. Now, story time.

Haru proved a far more useful asset than the Institute expected. She became quite the problem solver. After many successful missions on the outside, Haru was allowed certain privileges. She was now completing missions on the surface without supervision and she excelled at it. Being their 'property', the Institute still kept her on a leash but Haru no longer needed a babysitter. She even learned some very important things about what was left of her home region as well. Like radiation is indeed a problem but it isn't as serve and common as her Institute handlers had her believe. As long as she listened to her Pip-Boy and stayed away from deep water, she really didn't need a hazmat suit just to walk outside. Haru wasn't as delicate as her flowery appearance let off. This sugarplum could be one tough b*tch when she needed to be. After some time, she developed her own look and style for completing tasks for the Institute. Her methods were unusual but her results were solid. At least now her girth and big appetite was from maintaining her strong muscles. But she was still very chubby. She had quite the sweet tooth for some reason.
