Personally I think this guy is really lame....on the other hand he has one of the most interesting designs. He's not fun to play with, but he's definately fun to draw

I like the guy's design, too.
I haven't played the game, really, so I couldn't give my opinion of his play. I just like his eccentric abilities from the playthroughs from Youtube.

yeah he's weak and hard to use for no apparent reason. He has a great bg story though
