I used an app called Medibang paint to draw it. Used other Pokémon sprites colours. Then imported it into an app called PixelArt and clean it up a lil

Yeaaaaa. The sprite was actually yellow but how I made this was I drew it jest then imported it into a different app to make it pixel-y
