Description Here, we have the biggest of the the family Phorusrhacidae, A.K.A The Terror Birds. This chart also showcases my latest hypothesis.

Kelenken guillermoi: The tallest of the bunch, this massive carnivore stood about 2.85 meters tall, weighing in at over 230 kg, and had the biggest skull of any bird, reaching 71.6 cm in length. It was the top predator of its time, and most likely fed on the notoungulates of the time.

Brontornis burmeisteri: Probably the heaviest terror bird and one of the heaviest birds, this apex predator stood about 2.6-2.7 meters tall and weighed up to 300 kg and possbily up to 400 kg. While being a very effective ambush predator, it might have also scavenged from dead carcasses, cracking bones with its powerful beak.

Devincenzia pozzi: Not as well known as its cousin, Kelenken, it was no less terrifying. Standing just over 2.7 meters tall and weighing in at over 160 kg, it was as heavy as a modern day lioness. It chased down prey just like its bigger cousin and delivered deadly blows with its massive beak.

So remember kids, when someone calls you big chicken, take it as a compliment, because these birds were some of the most dangerous predators to ever roam the Earth.

NOTE: Kelenken and Devincenzia were made using the skeletal from its descripition, and Brontornis was made by tracing over Prehistoric Fauna's reconstruction of Parphysornis and Cenozoic Life's skull illustration of Paraphysornis.

Don't forget Titanis: the phorusrhacid that went and lived with predatory carnivorans in their home turf.

Also, look up bathornithids.....they are basically North American phorusrhacids...

Titanis is pretty small compared to these guys, that's why I didn't include it up here.

Yes, I've heard of bathornithids. Pretty cool guys.
