how about one of the cartars in the game is an alien space corgi? OR at least seems to be have the players keep gussing if he reallt is an alien an anthro or just a guy in a dog costume never making it clear what he is. Perhaps a shop keeper.

Well, *pushes up nerd glasses* the current weapons aren't built for an orbital attack, and you can drop them from that high, but they'd need a bigger booster pack to survive the fall...
They are designated orbital infantry due to being better suited to space and near space deployments. They are lighter and more maneuverable than most ground armor. They are also built with materials that allow them to function in very hot and very cold environments.
You will most likely see these units deployed as part of a space carrier group, defending orbital facilities, and as part of rapid reaction groups that use orbital dropships.
