Inspiration: "With tuppence for paper and strings You can have your own set of wings With your feet on the ground You're a bird in flight With your fist holding tight

And boy is this a wonderful drawing that i cooked up and i know you can see the sheets in the back round its because this drawing is HUGE i used 11x14 and 9x12 drawing paper and made this wonderful inspiration drawing. Using a timeless classic and a show about elemental worriers and NO THIS IS NOT A CROSSOVER............that would be crazy. And now comes the time of how this came to be well while i was lessening to "Lets go fly a kite" the "saving Mr banks version" it came to me i saw raava well a kite version of her and i thought "she looks like a kite with a long tail and the pointed head just like a kite" so the inspiration began to take wing and i drew raava first and it wasn't that hard really just draw a triangle and then another and give it a long line and then make raava. But then came the hard part drawing the character the first idea was that i was going to draw Korra on the 11x14 drawing paper .......it didn't work out very well then i trued it on the 9x12 drawing looks good but then the hard part came DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUN the hands.......................THE HAAAAAAANDS!!!!!!! i don't like drawing hand's to me there the hardest part on a drawing witch is why i draw only shoulder or half arm's and so came the long search of tutorials for drawing hands and also looking ate my hands. there was even a moment when i was in a store and i looked ate my right hand trying to get the inspiration to draw her hands "Balling it up into a fist" "Open palm" "looking ate it in all different corners and motion" thank god no one saw me.........except the camera ;_; ....well anyway later on that night i decided to watch "saving Mr Banks" it was hen i was raping up the drawing and also finishing the hands "lets go fly a kite" was almost to the end and and when i finished the song sang and i had a bit of an emotional moment.........is it ok to cry when your inspiration comes to life.........because i did........just a little. and then all i had to do with the drawing was give it a face and clean lines and darkening the hair and such and also connect the lines between Raava and Korra and the rest is history enjoy and have a nice day.

p.s this is not a "make fun of raava drawing" yes she look's like a kite but i'm guessing that's the inspiration for her an vaatu

p.s.s :i also forgot to mention why Korra is staring off into space........WELL SHE NOT! she's looking up ate the kite just from a different prospective kind of like a comic book dose when you see a hero look ate the villain and then you see a close up of the hero and the villain looking ate each other but from a different prospective i just wanted to make that clear and make shore everyone got the picture.
