Description
The left one is Evy before even the Reaping, when her life was at least stable. She didn't have any fancy clothes because there was no reason to own them. Just a normal District girl.
The right-hand one is about five/six years later when she's been in the Capitol too long for her own good. I was originally going to add some crimson or purple to the white on the outfit, but I like it this way. Work those stripes, babes!
It was a little random idea of the past and future Evys seeing each other and having a "Is that me?!"

They did, but it's not from implants (I can't stand them). She's on birth control and increased breast size was a side effect.

Speaking from personal experience, yes. But it depends on the individual. There's weight gain (usually around 5 pounds) no matter what, but where it goes varies from woman to woman.
