One of our AP assignments was incorporating bugs into a self-portrait, so thanks to a friend of mine for the "did ya know this" talk, I learned that butterfly's are actually deaf. So the idea, since I'm hard-of-hearing, made me feel somewhat connected to butterfly. It took me four trials of lame drafts for this project to come up with the idea.

I need to find some way to get better pictures of my works because I don't think my teacher's camera does its justice. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears... well, sort of.
