Thank you This piece was just some sketching after work, so there wasn't really much thought through plan, more just applying paint and overlays until I liked the result enough to go home... (however after coloring in the basics I followed a few steps - 1: the lights in the pic have their own layers in ps and I usually flip through the filters - for lights, colordogde or overlay can be interesting. 2: I used a paper texture i found online as a softlight layer over the image. 3: I merge the image in a new layer and create a gradient map over the image in a color-range i like and flip through the filters and turn down the opacity till it looks good. 4: I merge in a new layer again and gave it a little dusty noise filter. ... so yeah... just playing around in PS really. ^3^
