While I understand its crazy and somewhat shocking, Vampires are basically a subrace of humanity, since they ARE based off of Humans to begin with, even if they are undead or a living race, or even perhaps both depending on which kinds of Vrykolakas you choose to follow, whether past, or modern. If Mavis and Dracula have learned from that fact, that would be a plot twist indeed.

She's used well enough. My favorite moment is her quick yelp after she touches sunlight, because she zips right over into the shadow afterwards, and it's such a cute survival mechanism.
